Episode Summaries

Three new ladies-in-waiting arrive at the Jade Pavilion. They are perplexed to see Maomao quickly disappear after finishing work and happily living in a storeroom. Unable to stand by and watch any longer, Yinghua tries various schemes to mediate between them, but Maomao's consideration goes to waste. As Maomao reflects on her actions and apologizes, she is forced to make a promise to a grinning Yinghua. That night, to fulfill her promise, Maomao heads to an old part of the harem with Yinghua. In there she is welcomed by a beautiful old palace woman, where the gathered palace women begin telling ghost stories...
