Distributor Bandai Namco Filmworks confirmed the same fall 2026 window in a simultaneous post that bundled the broadcast news with a set of production reveals.

The new arc continues the U-17 World Cup storyline that the anime has been adapting since 2022, moving into the stage where Japan settles its final roster for the tournament's decisive matches. The choice to time the reveal to the manga's completion positions the coming season as the next major step for the franchise on screen.

Teaser visual, theme songs, and new cast

Alongside the broadcast window, the production unveiled its third teaser visual for the arc, which pits Keigo Atobe against Yuushi Oshitari as the two face off for a place in the U-17 World Cup final. The steady rollout of teaser art suggests the studio has been building anticipation ahead of the fall debut.

The opening and ending themes were revealed at the same time. The opening theme is "Walls And Bridges" by Aosu, while the ending theme, "Kinkanshoku phenomenal," is performed in character by Keigo Atobe and Yuushi Oshitari, keeping with the franchise's long habit of releasing songs credited to its characters rather than only their voice actors.
