Netflix has announced a LEGO-animated One Piece special, and it hands the narrator's job to the crew's biggest teller of tall tales. It premieres September 29, only on Netflix.

The framing is a joke longtime fans will get instantly. In the teaser, Usopp, the crew's resident sniper and habitual exaggerator, casts himself as the hero of the story and promises to recount the Straw Hats' adventures with his usual embellishment. Netflix bills it as "the ALMOST true story of Captain Usopp the Brave," a wink at the character's well-earned reputation for stretching the truth.
