One Punch Man Season 3 Cour 2 Set for 2027 With a New Key Visual
The anime's official account confirmed the second half of Season 3 will broadcast in 2027, revealing an updated key visual and a teaser at the series' 10th anniversary exhibition.

What was announced
The official anime account for One Punch Man confirmed on June 26 that the third season's second cour is set to broadcast in 2027. The reveal arrived with an updated "Cour 2" version of the key visual and a new teaser, debuting at the franchise's first-ever exhibition in Tokyo.
According to the post from @opm_anime, the new visual adds the characters who will feature in the back half of the season, joining Saitama and a fully repaired Genos. Bandai Namco Filmworks' official site echoed the visual and noted that Garou is voiced by Hikaru Midorikawa.
What we know
The announcement sets a broadcast window of 2027 but does not narrow it to a season or month, and a specific premiere date has not been announced. The teaser leans into the long-promised confrontation between Saitama and Garou, which multiple outlets expect to anchor the second cour.
Season 3's first cour aired from October to December 2025. Reporting from Anime Corner and others places the new episodes nearly two years after that finale, an unusually long gap between the two halves of a single season. The split leaves much of the season's central conflict, including the clash teased in the new promo, for the 2027 episodes.
Background
One Punch Man follows Saitama, a hero so overwhelmingly strong that he defeats almost any opponent with a single punch and has grown bored by his own invincibility. The action comedy first aired in 2015 and built a global following across its earlier seasons before the third season continued the Monster Association arc.
The 2027 update shared the spotlight with the franchise's 10th anniversary. The official One Punch Man Exhibition opened on June 26 and runs through July 20, 2026, at the Sunshine 60 Observatory in Ikebukuro, where the new key visual is on display. For now, fans have a confirmed year and little else, with no word yet on a precise date or streaming plans for the 2027 episodes.
